Misaligned growth paths? 6. Are our values visible in conflict? Because that’s when culture is real. 7. How fast do people grow here? And what gets in the way? 8. Are we hiring for the future or just filling seats? Your hiring strategy is a lagging signal of your vision. 9. Where is HR still reactive? If it’s everywhere…you’ve got redesign work to do. Your HR strategy isn’t what you say in slides. It’s what you know, what you track, and what you build from the answers.
